These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the GennFlow website, platform and business intelligence services.
GennFlow is operated by Fegu Ltd, trading as GennFlow (“GennFlow”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By registering for an account, subscribing to our services or using the GennFlow platform, you agree to these Terms.
GennFlow is a business-to-business intelligence platform helping creative agencies discover commercial opportunities, identify relevant organisations and connect with prospective clients.
Our services include researched business intelligence, emerging project signals, estimated budgets, professional contacts and live tender opportunities.
GennFlow provides intelligence to support business development decisions. We do not represent the organisations featured within our intelligence or guarantee any particular commercial outcome.
GennFlow is intended for professional and business use by individuals aged 18 or over.
Users must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
Account credentials must not be shared with unauthorised individuals. Access is restricted to users permitted under the applicable subscription.
We may suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or platform security is at risk.
Eligible new users may receive a 14-day free trial, including two intelligence signal unlocks.
Once both unlocks have been used, further unlocks require a paid subscription.
At the end of the trial, access to subscription features will be restricted unless the user subscribes.
Free trials do not automatically convert into paid subscriptions. Payment authorisation is required before paid access begins.
We may restrict repeated trial registrations intended to circumvent platform limits.
GennFlow offers paid subscriptions with features and allowances described on its pricing page.
Core subscription
The Core subscription is priced at £299 per month, excluding VAT.
Where UK VAT applies at the standard rate of 20%, the total monthly charge is £358.80.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and automatically renew for successive monthly periods unless cancelled.
Subscription fees are payable in advance. The applicable price, taxes and billing frequency will be displayed before payment is confirmed.
We may offer other subscription plans or individually agreed commercial arrangements. Their applicable prices and features will be confirmed at purchase or in a separate written agreement.
Paid subscriptions include a defined allowance of intelligence signal unlocks.
For monthly subscriptions, the allowance refreshes at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle.
Unused unlock allowances do not carry forward into subsequent billing periods unless expressly stated otherwise.
Unlock allowances are subject to the limits of the relevant subscription plan.
Unlocking a signal grants access to its available intelligence, including any associated professional contact information.
Previously unlocked signals remain accessible through the user’s account after cancellation, subject to the continued operation of the platform, applicable law and these Terms.
This continuing access does not include new intelligence, refreshed unlock allowances or other paid subscription features.
Subscribers may cancel their subscription through the available account or billing controls, or by contacting hello@gennflow.com.
Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals.
Following cancellation, paid subscription access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
No further subscription charges will be made after the cancellation takes effect, unless separately authorised or relating to outstanding charges already incurred.
Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable for the current billing period, except where required by law or where GennFlow agrees otherwise.
Previously unlocked intelligence remains accessible in accordance with Section 5.
We may adjust subscription prices by providing advance notice. Changes to an existing subscription will take effect from a subsequent billing period, with an opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.
GennFlow researches and publishes intelligence concerning potential commercial opportunities.
Signals may include project descriptions, estimated budgets, relevant organisations, professional contacts, project locations, source information and suggested commercial approaches.
Limited agency access
Certain intelligence signals may be limited to a maximum of three subscribing agencies.
Where this restriction applies, GennFlow will not intentionally grant new unlocks for that signal beyond the stated limit.
This limitation relates only to access through GennFlow. It does not provide exclusivity over the underlying opportunity, organisation or project.
Other agencies may independently discover or pursue the same commercial opportunity.
GennFlow takes reasonable care in researching and preparing its intelligence.
However, commercial opportunities and project information may change.
Unless expressly confirmed by an authoritative source:
Budgets and project values are estimates.
Project timelines and procurement arrangements may change.
Opportunities may be delayed, cancelled or withdrawn.
Professional contacts may change roles or organisations.
Organisations may already have appointed suppliers.
Signals do not guarantee an invitation to pitch, a commercial engagement or a successful contract award.
Subscribers must undertake their own due diligence before making commercial decisions.
Live tender deadlines, requirements and eligibility must be verified against the relevant official procurement documentation.
GennFlow intelligence is provided for the subscribing agency’s legitimate internal business development activities.
Subscribers must not:
Resell, republish or commercially redistribute GennFlow intelligence.
Share unlocked signals with unauthorised third parties or competing agencies.
Share account credentials with unauthorised users.
Systematically extract or scrape the GennFlow database.
Circumvent subscription, access or unlock restrictions.
Misrepresent a relationship with GennFlow or organisations featured in signals.
Use professional contact information for unlawful marketing, harassment or other improper purposes.
Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
Reasonable internal use is permitted within the access limits of the applicable subscription.
GennFlow may include publicly sourced professional contact information within its intelligence signals.
Subscribers are independently responsible for ensuring their subsequent use of that information complies with applicable data protection, privacy and electronic marketing laws.
Access to contact information does not constitute consent from the individual concerned to receive marketing communications.
Subscribers must assess the applicable lawful basis and requirements before undertaking outreach.
GennFlow’s processing of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
GennFlow and its licensors retain all applicable intellectual property rights in the platform, branding, original research, commentary, database structure and proprietary content.
Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use GennFlow intelligence for authorised internal business development purposes.
This licence does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.
Underlying public facts and third-party materials remain subject to their respective legal status and rights.
Subscribers may not commercially reproduce, distribute or exploit GennFlow’s protected materials without written permission.
We aim to provide a reliable and accessible service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical faults, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may improve, modify or discontinue platform features. Where changes materially reduce paid subscription benefits, we will provide appropriate notice and comply with applicable contractual obligations.
Payments are processed through Stripe.
Subscribers authorise the recurring charges disclosed at checkout.
If payment fails, we may temporarily restrict paid features after providing reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.
GennFlow may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address:
Material breaches of these Terms
Fraudulent or unauthorised activity
Security threats
Unlawful use of the platform
Legal or regulatory requirements
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach.
Termination for misuse may result in loss of access to previously unlocked intelligence where reasonably necessary and legally permissible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
GennFlow provides commercial intelligence to assist business development decisions and does not guarantee that subscribers will secure clients, contracts, meetings or revenue.
Subject to applicable law, GennFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of anticipated profits or business opportunities arising from reliance on intelligence signals.

GennFlow may link to external websites, procurement portals, professional profiles and other third-party resources.
We are not responsible for the independent content, availability or policies of these services.
Users should review relevant third-party terms when accessing external resources.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, technology or legal obligations.
Material changes affecting existing paid subscriptions will be communicated with appropriate advance notice.
The latest version will be published on our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to mandatory legal requirements, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
