TrueStart Coffee Retail Expansion & Brand Growth

TrueStart

The opportunity

TrueStart Coffee secured a multi-million-pound Series A investment led by JamJar Investments, with DLF Venture and strategic angel investors also participating. Founder and CEO Helena Hills confirmed the round closed at the end of 2025, with the investment publicly announced in January 2026.

Why this matters

This is not an inferred “funding equals redesign” opportunity. TrueStart and its investors have explicitly identified retail expansion, NPD and increased brand activation as uses of the new capital.

That creates credible potential for external creative support across new product and range packaging, retail activation, shopper marketing, sampling campaigns, POS, brand campaigns, digital content and creative supporting further retail expansion.

TrueStart already has an established visual identity and packaging system, so this should not be positioned as an assumed rebrand. The opportunity is supporting a challenger brand as it scales its existing brand across more products, channels and retail environments.
